Amit Bhalla, professionally known as NINJA, is a celebrated Indian Punjabi singer & actor widely recognized for his powerful vocals, emotional expression, and impactful on-screen presence. With a musical journey rooted in passion and resilience, Ninja has become one of the most influential voices in the Punjabi music industry.

He rose to fame with superhit tracks like “Death Row”, “Aadat,” “Oh Kyu Ni Jan Sake,” “Roii Na,” “Thokda Reha,” “Gall Jattan Wali,” & “Pinda Aale Jatt.”
His songs are known for deep storytelling, lyrical richness, and a voice that strikes an emotional chord with listeners.
In addition to his musical success, Ninja made a remarkable acting debut in the Punjabi film Channa Mereya (2017), which earned him the prestigious Filmfare Award for Best Debut Male, further cementing his place in Punjabi entertainment.

Ninja hails from Ludhiana, Punjab and developed an early love for music. He trained under the guidance of Ustad Harvinder Bittu Ji, who played a key role in shaping his vocal style.
During his college years, Ninja supported himself by working a part-time job in the telecom sector while pursuing music — an inspiring journey that reflects his dedication and perseverance.

Trivia

Ninja was briefly associated with Mafia Mundeer, the iconic music group led by Yo Yo Honey Singh.
It was Honey Singh who gave him the stage name “Ninja Jatt” during their first studio session, impressed by his powerful voice. He later shortened it to “Ninja,” which has become a widely recognized name in the Punjabi music scene.
